Advantages:

Быстрое заселение и выезд. Есть горячая вода, сетки на окнах. Магазины в пешей доступности. Не слышно соседей. Рассчитывайте стоимость аренды с учётом того, что хозяйка не учитывает задаток при бронировании.

Disadvantages:

Прокуренная квартира, особенно сильный запах в туалете. Полное отсутствие межкомнатных дверей, в ужасном состоянии обои, свет в комнатах тусклый. Пол был очень плохо помыт. В комнате стояла сушилка с мокрым бельем. У дивана в комнате сломаны рейки дна, спать крайне некомфортно, проваливаешься. Не закреплено сиденье унитаза, скользит по нему. И самое, что больше всего не понравилось, в квартире ползают тараканы стасики, от мала до велика. Крайне не рекомендую ехать с маленькими детьми.
