Advantages:

Квартира соответствует описанию и предоставленным, фото. Заселили быстро. Все работает. Единственный нюанс, для лета просьба купить фумигатор вопрос копеечный, но для жильцов это будет комфортнее.

Advantages:

Квартира хорошая. Есть всё необходимое. Всё в рабочем состоянии. Самозаселение! Можно курить на балконе! Хозяйка отличная!

Disadvantages:
